A clearer path to assurance
Available for cleared and unclassified scoped support
Experienced guidance. Practical delivery.
Solstice Cyber Consulting is led by Zariah Dawson, a cybersecurity professional with an M.S. in Cybersecurity, CompTIA Security+ CE, active DoD Secret clearance, and 8+ years of combined experience supporting security, cybersecurity compliance, data, and federal defense environments. Her experience includes RMF and ATO support, eMASS, SSP and POA&M management, STIG validation, continuous monitoring, and security work across hybrid Azure environments. She has also worked within Agile delivery environments and previously served as a Scrum Master, coordinating cross-functional teams, workflows, and delivery priorities.
Built for real delivery: engagements are available as focused projects or added capacity for teams facing authorization deadlines, documentation backlogs, and ongoing compliance demands.
Clearance distinction: The active Secret clearance is a qualification of designated key personnel and does not represent a Facility Clearance for Solstice Cyber Consulting. Access remains subject to verification, contract requirements, assignment, and need-to-know.
Specific work. Flexible capacity.
Bring in focused cybersecurity compliance support without staffing an entire contract. Each engagement is scoped around your system, backlog, milestones, and required deliverables.

Find the right starting point →AI is an accelerator—not the authority. Solstice uses automation to support repeatable work and qualified review.
These services do not generate automatic compliance conclusions, replace assessor or authorizing-official judgment, provide formal CMMC assessments, or guarantee authorization or certification outcomes.
Common questions
Understand what Solstice can support, how engagements work, and where formal authorization or certification decisions remain with the appropriate authority.
Support may include control implementation and assessment activities, SSP and POA&M documentation, evidence organization, eMASS workflows, remediation tracking, and stakeholder coordination. The authorizing official retains authority for the final authorization decision.
Yes. Solstice can help define scope, review practices and evidence, develop security documentation, organize POA&M ownership, and build a prioritized readiness roadmap. Readiness support is not represented as an official CMMC assessment or certification.

No. Solstice provides readiness, documentation, remediation, and delivery support, but cannot guarantee authorization, certification, assessment, audit, or contracting outcomes.
Solstice designs human-reviewed workflows that can accelerate evidence organization, control analysis, documentation drafting, SSP and POA&M updates, and repeatable security operations. AI does not make authorization decisions, certify compliance, replace an assessor, or remove the need for qualified review.
Solstice markets active DoD Secret eligibility held by its founder and lead consultant as a key-personnel qualification. This does not represent a Facility Clearance for the company. Classified access remains subject to verification, contract requirements, sponsorship or employment, assignment, and need-to-know.
